My approach

At Gourmetise, every product is chosen the way you would choose a precious keepsake.

My selection criteria:

  • its taste quality
  • its authenticity and respect for craftsmanship
  • what it reveals about France
  • the way it fits into the travel experience (format, practicality, ease of transport).

Each box is therefore much more than just an assortment of products:
it is a discovery, an encounter with the French terroir and its artisans, and a precious memento of a journey to France.

Une marque pensée pour les voyageurs épicuriens

L’idée derrière Gourmetise est double :

  1. Rendre accessible l’excellence gastronomique française
  2. Offrir une expérience fluide et premium du début à la fin

De la sélection des produits aux formats adaptés au transport en avion, jusqu’à la livraison à Paris, chaque détail est conçu pour que votre coffret soit un plaisir, jamais une contrainte.

What sets us apart

  • a premium experience
  • a memorable gift
  • a combination of taste and sensitivity
  • a solution designed so that every traveler leaves with a meaningful piece of France

Who is behind Gourmetise?

My name is Sophie de Beauregard, I am Parisian at heart and in spirit, I live in the 6th arrondissement, surrounded by my two children, my husband and his son.

My story with gastronomy has been woven over time, at the crossroads of my professional experiences and my curiosity for fine flavors.
Trained as a marketer, I cut my teeth in large restaurant groups, where I discovered that food is much more than a sector: it's a world of creativity, innovation and sharing.

In 2008, this curiosity became a passion. I created Gourmetise, a blog dedicated to exceptional products and the artisans who elevate them. For years, I celebrated olive oils, spices, chef-made pastries, foie gras, oysters, caviar… and above all, the women and men who craft these marvels.
In parallel, I support gastronomic establishments in their development, I teach brand management in fine dining, and I contribute to extending this world into travel retail. I am also supported by my brother, sommelier Emmanuel Delmas, who created his own wine academy.

Today, this adventure takes on a new form: an experience for epicurean travelers where excellence, commitment and sensory pleasure meet.
